Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issues
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support product, operations, and engineering teams
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., intent recognition rate, response time, user satisfaction) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support business decisions and product improvements
- Contribute to model evaluation and A/B test analysis, generating insights for continuous system optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with SQL, A/B testing and prior project experience with large datasets
