The Senior Product Owner – Atlassian Platform & Automation is responsible for product strategy, backlog prioritization, and delivery of SDLCNext, an enterprise Atlassian platform supporting SDLC and ITSM across the DHMS portfolio. This role combines strong product ownership with deep Jira expertise and AI-driven automation capability. The individual will define priorities, make tradeoff decisions, and deliver platform enhancements while also driving automation of workflows and reduction of manual Process & Tools team effort, particularly across ITSM operations.
