Senior Program Manager

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking to hire an on-site Senior Program Manager for a large ($500M) Software Development and Integration contract. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management, coordination and delivery of the work required under the contract and serve as BAE Systems central point of contact with the Government and Sr. Leadership.
Responsibilities include:

+ Responsible for the overall management, coordination and delivery of the work required proper performance of tasks necessary for efficient and effective execution of the contract.
+ Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and BAEs senior management.
+ Responsible for ensuring program execution is within cost, schedule and meets the technical baseline.
