About The Opportunity

You will be joining a team at the intersection of strategic execution and executive operations. This hybrid role combines program management ownership with high‑touch executive support, working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage multiple cross‑functional programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage senior leadership’s calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
