SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, INVEST OTTAWA – OPERATIONS

Invest Ottawa is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the oversight, reporting, and administration of complex, government-funded programs from inception through to completion. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with funder agreements and organizational priorities. You will oversee multiple concurrent programs, working closely with Project Leads, Directors, Finance, and Executive Leadership to manage performance, mitigate risk, and ensure accurate against key performance indicators (KPIs).

As part of the Corporate Services team, you will also contribute to strengthening internal operations through process improvements, policy development, and effective contract management.
