Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree in EE / ECE / CS or related field
- 14-18 years of combined experience in Engineering and Project/Program Management
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in engineering: EE / ECE / CS, or related field.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience and domain knowledge in Semiconductor, Wireless/ Telecommunication industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Embedded systems and associated SW design & development
- 4+ years of Project/Program/Engineering Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing complex cross disciplinary programs.
- Experience with reporting and presentation tools (MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, Tableau, JIRA, Bug / Issue trackers, Resource/Task trackers)
- Preferred Skillset:PMP Certification.
