The Finance Group supports Kāinga Ora to understand its strategic context and drivers and influences the organisation's key settings. It articulates the organisation's direction in line with the outcomes it is trying to achieve. The Group also provides the oversight, management and assurance functions around the organisation's finances and financial practices, forecasting and budgeting processes to support operational delivery and manages funding and financing activity
