The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver prestigious villa developments on schedule and within budget.

• Supervise and manage all site activities for VIP villa construction projects.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
