Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
- Monitor projects to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Report project progress and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors for timely handover.
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, Project Management or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and corporate office interior projects.
- Ability to manage on-site works and coordinate with sales teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
