Lead and manage large?scale programmes under the PMO Project Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality and deployment readiness.Deep?dive with technical/research teams to refine industry needs and translate them into clear requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.Drive end?to?end delivery governance: establish delivery cadence, manage change interventions, and ensure timely escalation.Manage critical vendors/system integrators (where relevant) and ensure delivery meets project requirements and compliance expectations.Own programme governance and risk management: monitor, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks; implement risk and issue management practices to maintain delivery health.Support steering / leadership forums with clear, evidence?based recommendations on priorities, trade?offs, intervention needs and decision...
