Senior Project Manager

**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for leading project delivery resources and managing client relationships in delivering small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger, more complex project.

**Position Details**

+ Accountable for successful financial project delivery, meeting project schedule, and achieving the client’s project goals.
+ Generally, leads small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger more complex project.
+ Manages and maintains positive client relationship.
+ Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for a project.
+ Ensures project is cashflow positive by developing schedule of values and managing client invoicing.
+ Assists in ensuring prompt payment as required.
+ Organizes and leads project meetings with clients and internal departments.
