Senior Project Manager/ Design Manager (Building Engineering)

Role description

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager with an engineering background in buildings to join their team. You will work within a talented and supportive team and take a lead role in key buildings projects.

Role accountabilities

• Direct and manage project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration, effort and cost, create detailed project plans and manage change requests.
• Manage building projects from start of design to completion of construction.
• Ensure on time and within budget performance.
• Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, attend construction meetings, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
