Opportunity Description
Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager (PM) in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all project stages (1-6)
- Manage mixed-use, residential, office, hotel, and student residential projects
- Oversee projects ranging from R50m to R500m
- Report to the B+A Director while working independently
- Coordinate office-based and site work as required
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with mixed‑use (residential/office) or hotel projects; student residential experience is favorable
- Ability to lead a project team through all project stages (1-6)
- Professionally registered or in the process of registering
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to relocate or be based in Cape Town with site work as required
