Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end delivery of iPro implementations for customers in the UK, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met. Manage account relationships and expectations of the customers, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing appropriate solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with the internal and external project teams, including sales, product, engineering, quality assurance, and support, to ensure alignment and integration of the project deliverables and dependencies.
