Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from Business, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment on design, scope, and delivery milestones.
• Solution Delivery Oversight: Work with solution architects and business SMEs to agree on the future-state architecture and take ownership of the implementation plan and methodology.
• Target Operating Model Implementation: Drive execution of a clearly defined TOM, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and governance structures are clearly articulated and adopted across functions.
• Project Governance: Set up and manage robust governance processes including steering committees, working groups, risk tracking, and status reporting.
