Senior Project Manager (Tarragona)

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for approving and implementing changes/updates in projects. They act as the point of contact between PMs and Senior Program Managers. SPMs regularly meet with the client to understand project requirements and deliver what the client needs. They work with the Senior Program Manager to build project teams, using the best fit people for the job.

This is a fixed-term position, until the end of December with possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee a single project where applicable.
• Set methods of daily production reporting and review important data.
• Compile timekeeping records for management level, approval, and submission.
• Help drive Lean implementation amongst team members.
• Conduct interviews for PM level positions and make hiring decisions.
• Meet with clients for updates on ongoing projects.
