Senior Project Surveyor

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Senior Project Surveyor to join our growing Masterplanning costing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of largescale developments with a focus on earlystage planning asset evaluation and infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of earlystage cost estimates for complex masterplans incorporating infrastructure utilities and asset mix considerations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess cost implications across land use development phasing and infrastructure strategy.
• Liaise with utility providers and technical consultants to validate assumptions and refine cost inputs.
• Assist in the development of cost models and benchmarking databases to support regional projects.
