Senior Proposals & Commercial Strategy Lead

A leading energy company in Dubai is seeking a Customer facing staff member responsible for formulating proposal strategies and managing commercial arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, minimum 5 years in an industrial environment (with 3 years customer-facing experience related to high/medium voltage systems) and fluency in English and Arabic. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, as is familiarity with MEA end users and EPC contractors. Frequent travel may be required.
