Senior Public Relations Officer

The Public Relations Officer (Civil) will act on behalf of Woh Hup toassistProject Director and the project site in the management of public relations matterspertaining tothe Works.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are and not limited to, as follows:

• Shall liaise with andassistLTA Community Partnership Manager (CPN Manager) and the Engineer on all public relations matters, including stakeholder engagement and management, with emphasis on management of PR matters and public feedback.
• Able to design, production and distribution of all communication materials (newsletter, flyers, circulars, brochures, etc.) related to the public relations effort.
• Haveexperience in organizing engagement and outreach activities, such as briefings, dialoguesessionsand exhibitions in suchcontextof civil projects.
• Must be able to engage stakeholders through new media and social media platforms such as creating Facebook Groups.
