Job Description
- Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
- Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for construction projects
- Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
- Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations
- Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
- Work closely with site personnel
- Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
- Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
- Provide administrative support to the office.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
- Min.4 year(s) of procurement experience preferred.
