Senior Purchasing Executive

Job Description

• Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
• Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for construction projects
• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
• Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
• Work closely with site personnel
• Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
• Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
• Provide administrative support to the office.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
• Min.4 year(s) of procurement experience preferred.
