Senior Quality Technician: Process Improvement

Summary

Extensively assists and supports the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve quality issues within the production operation. Monitors process, component, and product quality problems, escalates to supervisor as required, and helps support the investigation. May provide functional guidance or demonstrate work methods to new employees.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and reports on process and product first layer assessment.
• Performs activities related to key process and product characteristics, giving feedback for improvements.
• Supports and verifies the identification and processing of internal non‑conforming materials for proper disposition.
• Ensures that implemented changes and corrective actions to rectify non‑conformance issues are respected on the manufacturing line.
