SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT CONTRACT MANAGER (TENDER / PRE-CONTRACT) – BUILDING

Support tendering and pre-contract functions for building projects. This role will work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager in delivering competitive tenders and supporting overall commercial activities.

Tender & Pre-Contract

• Prepare and review cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Analyse tender drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate tender submission

Contract & Commercial Support

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tendering and other ad hoc duties
• Support contract administration, including variation orders and cost tracking

Procurement

• Source subcontractors and suppliers for tender participation
• Perform cost comparison and tender analysis
• Support procurement processes and subcontractor evaluation
