Senior Quantity Surveyor & Contract Lead

Singapore Land Authority is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will manage cost aspects of large scale commercial developments and major works. Your responsibilities will include tendering processes, preparing cost estimates and contract administration. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience and a background in Building/Quantity Surveying. Familiarity with government budgeting methods is also advantageous.
