Opportunity Description
- Assist to prepare detailed cost estimates for the tender.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents using Plan Swift /AUTOCAD .
- Preparation of (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations.
- Reading tender addendums / revised drawings and revising quantities accordingly.
- Quantity take-off for rebar/reinforcement in details as per structural drawings.
- Understating of scope of works and take quantities.
- Highlighting discrepancies between drawings & BOQ and specification to Sr. QS to prepare Request for Information (RFI)
- Preparation of comparison statements.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
