Senior/ Quantity Surveyor (Electrical experience)

• Manage and organize all tender documents, drawings, and corrigendum in accordance with document control procedures.
• Review and verify tender drawings and details; prepare and issue tender enquiries to vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for electrical and M&E works.
• Conduct site verification for variations; take accurate records and prepare documentation for variation claims.
• Assist the Project Manager or designated personnel in evaluating and certifying completed works for progress claims.
• Prepare interim and final valuations and settlement of final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on costing matters.
• Ensure cost control and budgeting is properly implemented and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
