Opportunity Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cape Town. A Leading Company specializing in providing affordable housing and security estates for lower to middle income groups is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their projects in Cape Town.
Requirements for the position
- Minimum of BSc or BTEC or NDiploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Honours degree advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction/engineering environment.
- Knowledge of:
- Contract law & insurances
- Basic financial reporting & cash management
- SHEQ legislation & application
- Basic IR & relevant labour legislation.
- Must have BuildSmart and CCS(Candy) experience.
- Ability to accurately measure a building timeously.
- Computer literacy in MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook.
