- Manage and coordinate team members of Marketing and Contract department
- Plan, prepare and follow up the process of Tender/Quotation
- Manage and procure best suppliers, vendors, etc
- Manage progress payment claims
- Minimum BSc in QS, CE or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of job relevant experience, preferably in demolition and bridge works
- Able to use Autocad and other IT software
- Possess team leader calibre
