Senior Quantity Surveyor: Tender, Claims & Liaison

A construction engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage tender submissions and negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison between clients and site managers, tracking construction materials, and preparing payments for subcontractors. Only Singaporean and PR applicants will be considered.
