Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tender & Cost Control Lead

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and post-contract functions for government and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in cost estimation, tender analysis, and subcontract management.

Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, performing cost estimations, obtaining vendor quotations, and supporting tender negotiations. A diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are required.
