About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior R&D Engineer to join our advanced technology development team focused on next-generation plasma lighting systems. This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance electronic systems, including power electronics, RF drivers, control circuitry, and monitoring systems.

You will play a key role in driving product innovation, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring advanced lighting technologies from concept to production.
