• Stakeholder Management
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Maintain candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems.
• Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
