Overview
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume and specialized roles within the BPO environment. This role ensures the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent efficiently while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for agent‑level, support, and leadership roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, events, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill positions
- Draft recruitment advertisements or posts and place ads in the most effective media available
