Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: Toronto (Hybrid); Salt Lake City (Hybrid - 3x/week in-office); Austin (Hybrid); All other Canada & US (Remote)

About the Role

CSC Generation's centralized recruiting team supports hiring across a portfolio of 13 brands. As a Recruiter, you will own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance, and other professional roles—with a particular focus on building our talent presence in Canada.

Within your first six months, you will have established sourcing pipelines across North America, built trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, and delivered measurable improvements in recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion rates.

This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
