Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role oversees all commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications. The position is responsible for developing and executing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and associated budget in alignment with property objectives, while ensuring strong revenue growth, brand positioning, and market competitiveness.
