Senior/ Reservation Sales Executive

Responsibilities

The Senior/Reservation Sales Executive is responsible for the management of all hotel room bookings from all channels and ensures an up-to-date record of all reservations and requests made. He/She liaises with bookers and hotels to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience. Be part of Far East Hospitality dynamic Central Reservations team managing 18 hotels and 9 Serviced Residences.

• Handle all reservations received timely and accurately according to established SOPs.
• Liaise with bookers and hotels to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all hotel-related information including promotions.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with the department’s policies and procedures.
