Senior Resubmission Officer

To ensure that denied, rejected, or underpaid insurance claims are corrected and resubmitted accurately and promptly to maximize reimbursement for healthcare services

Responsibilities

• Analyze the rejections
• Clarify the rejection queries to the Insurance Company
• Do resubmission production for assigned facility with quality
• Share rejection feedback to the submission team
• Share rejection feedback to the approval team
• Share rejection feedback to the reception team
• Participate in monthly team meetings to share ideas regarding insurance rejection
• Share rejection updates to medical auditor to share with the respective doctor
• Support the submission team for their queries
• Provide justification for reconciliation claims

Qualifications
