The Senior Rewards Project Manager will lead one or more large, moderately to highly complex projects, managing medium to large teams. The role is responsible for defining the project vision, developing planning documents, and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, reporting, and performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Non‑negotiables include proven experience in rewards environments, with hands‑on exposure to rewards programs such as rewards model development, rule changes, and partnership strategy and onboarding. The candidate must have end‑to‑end rewards program lifecycle management experience, as well as strong knowledge and practical application of Agile project methodologies and delivery frameworks.
