Senior RF/Microwave Engineer

We are seeking a Semi‑Senior RF Engineer to contribute to the definition, development, and validation of complex RF and electronic systems. The role focuses on system‑level design, board‑level design, flow‑down requirements, architecture trade‑offs, and technical coordination between RF, digital, power, mechanical, and software domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system‑level architecture for RF and electronic systems.
• Translate customer and mission requirements into system and subsystem specifications.
• Perform system‑level trade‑off analysis (performance, cost, power, complexity, risk).
• Define and manage key system budgets:
  • RF link budget.
  • Noise figure and gain budget.
  • Power consumption and thermal budget.
  • Frequency plan and spur analysis.
