Senior RMA Electronic Repair Technician

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing electronic products returned from customer facilities. The role also supports continuous improvement efforts through root-cause analysis, test system development, and collaboration with product development teams, while mentoring less experienced technicians.

Duties:
Including but not limited to:

Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronic products.

Perform component-level repairs on returned devices.

Collect repair data and maintain an accurate repair database.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Assist with the design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components.

Support the development and documentation of troubleshooting protocols.
