Why we need you
As Senior Sales Development Representative (DACH), you are a senior individual contributor and player‑coach responsible for delivering a predictable pipeline across inbound and outbound motions. You set the standard for execution quality and help scale team performance through hands‑on coaching, including call coaching, messaging feedback, objection handling, and pipeline discipline in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
You also play a key role in scaling inbound qualification through an agentic SDR, improving speed and consistency of initial lead handling while enabling the team to focus on high‑value customer conversations.
In this role, you lead by example, mentor other SDRs, collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership, and help turn strategy into repeatable, predictable pipeline generation.
