Key Accountability Areas
Efficient Inquiry and Tender Management
- Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders effectively.
- Provide the best possible response to customers.
Supportive Documents and Samples Preparation
- Prepare all supportive documents, samples, and submittals.
- Deliver them to customers to maximize alfanar's chances.
Material Preparation and Coordination
- Follow up with the department’s coordinator/Demand Planning to prepare required materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
Competitor Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and target competitors’ activity.
- Report findings to sales management.
