• Support the Director of Sales to monitor sales targets.
• Help drive hotel profitability.
• Lead sales team to implement the action plan.
• Set monthly goals and sales plans.
• Analyse the market trends and make suggestions accordingly.
• Track and check sales targets constantly.
• Coordinate with Marketing to achieve sales targets.
