Consultant SF Recruitment and Onboarding A Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors (SF) Recruitment and Onboarding is responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing and Supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to streamline talent acquisition and new hire integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to meet client needs.

• Lead, participate and support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems

• Provide training and support to end-users on Recruitment and Onboarding functionalities.
