Senior SEC Reporting Accountant

Location: Manhattan, NY (4 days per week on-site)

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000





Must have the following: SEC Reporting, 10-K / 10-Q, GAAP, Banking or CPA Firm Experience, General Ledger Reconciliations, Advanced Excel



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review sections of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory reports


• Produce financial statements and MD&A support schedules


• Perform technical accounting research related to GAAP and regulatory guidance


• Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and complex accounting areas


• Perform general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations and proofs


• Coordinate with internal departments for disclosure and reporting requirements
