Senior Service Delivery Manager

Role Requirements

✔ 16–25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations delivery

✔ Experience supporting Australian clients and willingness to work in Australian shift timings

✔ Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, onboarding, requisition & pipeline management

✔ Experience in Supermarket Retail and/or Aviation industry preferred

✔ Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, ATS platforms

✔ Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience managing global hiring operations in a hub-and-spoke delivery model

✔ Strong understanding of SLA/KPI governance, productivity, and operational excellence

✔ Expertise in workforce planning, capacity utilization, and profitability management

✔ Experience driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

✔ Talent Acquisition Certification and hourly hiring experience preferred
