Senior Service Design Architect

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline.
• Fluent in language of country specifically English.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certified (ITIL v4 preferred)
• SIAM certification advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a service architect or service design discipline within the telecommunications or system integration environment.
• Demonstrable experience in the successful engagement with the cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end life cycle of a service
• Experience in enterprise architecture advantageous or demonstratable understanding of enterprise architecture
• Experience in external customer facing engagements.
• Experience working in a large organisation.
