Opportunity Description
As a Senior Service Designer, you'll be working on projects that will involve designing brand identity and visual identities. You'll also be involved in the planning of new features or changes to existing functionality, which can sometimes include redesigning entire platforms. You should have at least 2 years experience designing user interfaces for websites or mobile apps and some knowledge of responsive design principles would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the design research activities (research strategy, ethnographic based user research, secondary research, UX research) collaboratively with the team
- Plan and execute system mapping, customer journeys, scenarios and service specifications
