Senior Site Civil Engineer – Abu Dhabi Projects

Fibrex Construction Group is urgently seeking aggressive and experienced Civil Site Engineers to manage structural operations across our major residential and commercial projects in Abu Dhabi.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with active Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) registration.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven GCC experience working with a main contractor.
• Ability to withstand harsh outdoor site conditions and manage large teams of blue-collar workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities including steel fixing, formwork, and large-scale concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with approved ADM blueprints and Estidama standards.
• Enforce strict HSE policies to maintain a Zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) record on site.
