About the job Senior Site Superintendent
New City Contracting is currently hiring a Senior Site Superintendent with extensive experience in managing large-scale mechanical and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring compliance with company standards on safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Location: Richmond, BC
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule and plan construction activities
- Provide regular progress reports to the Construction Project Manager
- Oversee daily sign-ins and sign-outs via Sitemax
- Coordinate material requirements with the Project Coordinator on a weekly basis
- Attend and actively participate in site meetings with trades and engineers
- Record and maintain minutes for bi-weekly engineer-driven meetings
