Senior Social Media Manager (Paid & Organic)
📍 Location: On-site - Arlington, TX
We’re seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of both paid and organic social programs at a national level. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build and scale a social media team from the ground up, shaping the long-term vision, structure, and success of the function.
What You’ll Do
+ Own the end-to-end social media strategy across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels)
+ Lead paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization to drive performance (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
